How to remember moves
Do you ever get home from a class only to find you have completely forgotten the moves you were performing very well only an hour earlier. I do too, and I am teaching them! Here is a solution; video them on your mobile phone. At the start of the lesson the instructor often performs the whole routine, this is the time to get your phone out ready to record. The Spacial Awareness of Men
Fellas, when dancing with a lady keep one eye on the space around you. If you see that she is at risk of being trod on, bumped into or elbowed then gently guide here away from the danger. You don't have to stop dancing, just glide her away from the area. If you want to be really macho then turn her round and protect her from the danger with your massive torso (and take the potential hit yourself!).Read the full article here
